It´s a quiet room which is located in a private apartment on the eight flour of a 10-store -building with an elavator of course. The room is made just for one person but alltogether we will be three persons in the flat.  One shared bathroom and kitchen are guaranteed. A wireless internet connection is available also. It´s a simple clean sleeping room with lots of sunlight, a wardrobe and another small cabinet as well as a new TV. In addition there is a very simple computer desk with a comfortable office chair and another simple chair also. To the Alexanderplatz (City East) it´s, a 5 minute walk only. Berlin's major sights in the Berlin-Mitte district are nearby. In immediate vicinity there are the traditional old Berlin districts of Prenzlauer Berg, and the lively Friedrichshain for example, with its many street cafes and bars that are popular with locals and tourists. I myself am a 61-year-old teacher of application training. Friends describe me as polite, likable, accommodating, very helpful and tolerant. I am also willing to help you get to know our city better and to make your start in Berlin as enjoyable as possible.

A second room of 12m² is available for rental. But currently it´s occupied. After getting in contact to eachother we will have to arrange a time for you to visit the flat.

Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges Zimmer , welches sich in einer Privatwohnung in der 8. Etage eines 10-geschossigen Wohnhauses mit Fahrstuhl befindet.Ein zweits Zimmer mit 12m² ist bereits vermietet. Wir bevorzugen eine sich locker und ungezwungen verhaltenen Person, die auch und vor allem komminikativ ist.

Bad- und Küchenmitbenutzung sind gewährleistet. WLAN ist verfügbar. Es ist ein einfaches Schlafzimmer mit einem grossem Ehebett, einem neuen hellfarbenen Kleiderschrank für zwei Personen, einem neuen Fernseher, einem sehr einfachem Computertisch einschliesslich eines komfortablen Bürostuhls und einem normalen Stuhl. Der Alexanderplatz (City Ost), ist 400 Meter entfernt und viele der wichtigsten Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten im Bezirk Berlin-Mitte sind fussläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarere Nähe befinden sich der traditionsreiche alte berliner Ortsteil Prenzlauer Berg sowie der lebhafte Bezirk Fiedrichshain. zum Beispiel mit den vielen gut besuchten Strassencafes für beliebte abendliche Treffs.

Ich selbst war im Jobcenter viele Jahre lang Lehrer für Bewerbungstraining und Jobaktivierung. Seit ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht mehr arbeite helfe ich vor allem EU-Migranten einen Job u finden oder ich begleite sie bei Behördenterminen einschliesslich Englisch-Übersetzung, Formulare ausfüllen und Unterstüzung in der Diskussion.
